i was going to do some more testing of recipes for my bakeddd shop but i got home and realized i was missing some ingredients, so i made these instead!
my first try with sandwich cookies! they’re cookie dough on cookie dough but wow they are melt-in-your-mouth delicious.
i know they dont look perfect but it was my first time making them, so give me a break :P
baked these tonight!
i used this recipe for cinnamon sugar donut muffins but did a few tweaks on it. i used cinnamon instead of nutmeg and added a chopped up apple to the batter. and i didnt roll them in the sugar, just sprinkled some cinnamon on top. mmm!
here’s my honey cake!
verdict: it was pretty damn delicious, though not as moist as i would’ve liked. it wasn’t dry by any means, it was really much like a regular cake, but i was expecting it to be gooey because of the honey, coffee, booze and orange juice. either way it was totally yummy.
i used this recipe for the cake. i was pressed for time on the frosting so i just got cream cheese frosting from the store and blended it with sour cream so it wouldn’t be too sweet on sweet.
healthy banana cream pie! also made last night. i added blueberries on top just cause :)
this is the peanut butter and jelly cheesecake i made for josh’s 21st birthday! i made it the day after the hurricane, and we had lost our power, so unfortunately we were at his mom’s house and i didnt have any other pans to bake it in, so what you see is what you get! it was delicious, though!
i made these this morning!
